On behalf of the family at the New York Academy we would like to extend a warm and happy welcome to you! We know that beginning the admissions process can feel exciting as well as a little overwhelming, especially if this is your first time navigating it as a parent.
Step 1: The Enquiry
- Interest (digital contact) – School response email contact with parent
- Enquiry – call from school to arrange a school visit
Step 2: Application and Registration
- School visit – meeting with the Parent Relations Executive (PRE) in person or online, to discuss interest and receive an Application Pack physical / digital pack. School tour.
Step 3: Placement Assessment
- Submission: Complete and submit an application in person / online with supporting forms and documents
- Application fee: Payment
Step 4: Student Interview
- Assessment of child (if applicable) and trial day for child
- Back ground checks: with previous school(s)
Step 5: Acceptance or Non-acceptance for Enrolment (Provisional)
- Application review: Admissions and Senior Academic team meeting
Step 6: Enrolment and Tuition Fee Payment
- Confirmation: Parent informed by call and confirmed by email of decision.
- Payment: All school related fees for the Semester.
